All requests for cancellation or changes have to be made by writing to the Marketing Team of the Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF. Due to administrative processing, all refunds will be made after the Assembly.
If you want to cancel the registration of any activity of the Social Program, you must notify it to the Marketing Team of the Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF, in writing (e-mail accepted: mj.delhoyo@aedaf.es). Please, note that after 12 September 2022, 100% of the fee will be withheld.
The cancellation policy of the individual hotels will apply. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation.
The Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF acts exclusively as agent and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. In the event of cancellation or change of date of the General Assembly, as well as in the event of force majeure, all prior expenses incurred, in particular processing expenses, shall be charged to the customer. Only written arrangements are binding.
